Q. What is the Hackensack Meridian Health ComplyLine Line?

The ComplyLine is Hackensack Meridian Health’s confidential channel through which you can ask questions and raise concerns about actual or potential misconduct, violations of the Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, laws and regulations.

Q. May I remain anonymous?

Yes, if you request to remain anonymous when making your report or raising your concern, we will respect your request (unless prohibited by law). Please be aware that anonymous reporting to the ComplyLine is available, although may not be as effective, since the identity of the caller may assist in the investigation of a concern.

Q. Who administers Hackensack Meridian Health’s ComplyLine?

The ComplyLine is administered by an independent company (NAVEX), is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Q. How do I raise questions or report concerns?

Hackensack Meridian Health encourages speaking up through normal channels with your own manager, another member of management, a human resources representative, or the Compliance or Privacy Officer, however, if you are uncomfortable addressing your concern through these channels, the ComplyLine is an additional resource which can be used via phone or web to report your concerns.

Q. What happens after I contact The ComplyLine?

Once you ask a question or raise a concern on the ComplyLine, via either phone or web, you will receive a report key and password which can be used to follow up on the report. Then an electronic summary of your report or inquiry is sent to the Compliance team for review and to determine further action.

Q. Is the ComplyLine available only to employees?

The ComplyLine is available to team members, physicians, other professionals, board members, contractors, vendors, patients or anyone associated with Hackensack Meridian Health.
